Go, shoo, we continue in the decisions and resolutions earlier this year with my participation in some challenges for 2011!
Vampires & Witches
, (I'm part of the second) who have decided to offer their members reading a challenge. The principle is simple: read a book and write a review. Rules:
¤ The challenge will run from 1 January 2011 to December 31, 2011. No book ¤ imposed. But the mandatory categories. In all, 26 books to read
(in the number of books to read, you should be fine!) , including: * 15 imaginary (Science Fiction, Fantasy, Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, Young Adults in connection with the fantastic ... )
(No problem on that, you guessed ^ ^) * 5 traditional (work dating from before 1940 and not fantastic. Ex: Wuthering Heights, Madame Bovary ... Dracula will be classified in the imaginary) (Again, no problem. And I will be the greater good of getting back into my classical!)
* 1 play (my first love. No problem to select this book. The contemporary theater also offers some beautiful works.) * 3 manga or comics (1 or 2 volumes, no serial extension, it is not to criticize the Detective Conan Volume 54) (Here is the discovery since I almost never read manga. That said, I have very good advisers around me who will give me the book to read: p)
* 1 Harlequin (a thoroughbred from the Harlequin brand, the collections Darkiss, Mira and Nocturne are excluded) (Here is the PROOF of this challenge since it is not of an entire genre that I adore ... But I remain open ... Who knows, maybe I'll become addicted! If some of you have good title to give me, I'm all ears!)
* 1 pound bonus choice ¤ Besides the play, the books will require a minimum of 150 pages, which should not be too difficult to meet. ¤ A story in two volumes account for only one book. ¤ An author can not be selected more than twice (even if the series is different, the goal is to diversify a little. Unable to read a Succubus, Vampire Academy and a Black Swan.).
Notices may be given in two ways:
¤ Do you have a blog in this case, it is very Simple, you write your opinion at home, add the logo below to the beginning or the end of the notice and send us the link. We will add it on the summary page of all participants.
¤ The notice must be at least 1500 characters, the spelling should be very careful and we reserve the right as organizers to refuse any text abusive, racist, pornographic connotation, etc. pedophile.
short, a very nice challenge that we do not ask too much from the discovery ...
°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° °°°°°°°°°°°°°° The second challenge which I would participate in this year 2011 is organized by Books @ ddict Namira on "Your PAL is Big?"
The goal of this challenge: ¤ Firstly FUN! ¤ Try to lower its PAL.
¤ Doing bookish discoveries through reading other livraddictiens. My
PAL is therefore 1 January to 48 pounds (I'm ashamed there, because I'm not one to have as many books unread in my library! )
Points will be counted on follow-up the challenge to read books (and therefore removed from the PAL) and purchased (and thus added to the PAL ...)
Well, I hope to go down quietly to a fifteen or twenty books ... But for now it's gone wrong since I have already, add 6 pounds to my 48 ...
...
Those are the little games of 2011! I think this will be only because I do not like reading "imposed. (No common reading on Books @ ddict, so I think ...) I like being able to attack the book I want, in my desires, and my mood ...
However, I'm still part of the book club of V & S with whom I read a book a month, chosen by us ...
And you? Set of challenges, from your side?
Go now: YAPLUK'A!
